The Program
Veteran Supportive Housing is looking to be the standard for assisting Veterans with affordable housing. We are dedicated to our consumer and cutting through the red tape. We understand Veterans may be stressed, frustrated, unable to pay applications fees or not have the time to look for affordable housing while working and supporting a family. We will not hold evictions or bankruptcies against you. We also won’t charge you a security deposit or expect you make two and a half or 3 times the original rent.
What you need to do: Be motivated and ready to work! Fill out a free application with basic information. Provide a DD214, VA ID, military ID or something to prove your Veteran status. Undergo a standard background check. We will review the applications and select the best candidate for the program.
How the program works: Veteran Supportive Housing has partnered with the non profit 501(c)(3) “Veterans 5-9” to ease a few burdens. Due to this partnership, Veteran Supportive Housing can make housing very affordable until the Veteran becomes stable.
