Veterans Supportive Housing.
You will be responsible for filling out an application, paying security deposit, cleaning and utility fee upon move in. These charges could be waived depending on funding from supporting non profits. Contracts will be on a month to month basis. You are responsible for paying rent every month. After 3 days of non payment, a 25 daily late fee will apply. If rent is not received in 1 week the eviction process will begin. Tenants will be responsible for fixing things such as changing a light bulb. Absolutely no illegal substances shall be used on the property and is grounds for immediate termination of contract.
We won’t go past the evictions against you
We won’t hold bad credit against you
You won’t need to make 2 1/2 or three times the rent to move it
