Our Program

About The Program

Our program is designed to help veterans get back on their feet. We understand barriers, such as past evictions, bad credit, and not having three times the rent are factors preventing veterans from getting housing. With our program we hope to eliminate these barriers by working with nonprofits and giving you a fighting chance.

What To Expect

Once you complete our application, we will give you a call and talk about your situation. We want to ensure this is the best fit for you and our company if approved we will work with you to achieve the best outcome. The goal is to get you into affordable, sustained housing.

Z

We won’t go past the evictions against you

Z

We won’t hold bad credit against you

Z

You won’t need to make 2 1/2 or three times the rent to move it

We want to ensure you are set up for success. This means we want to remove barriers that will prevent you from moving in. We also want to create every avenue for you to be able to pay the rent on time by splitting the rent if need be.

About Us
